High T Review: All You Need to Know

High T is a supplement that’s supposed to boost your workout power by improving strength and endurance and making easier for you to build muscle faster. Since it is one of many supplements on the market like that today, I decided to give it a shot and see if it was all it was cracked up to be. 

I dug deep into the ingredients and the science behind them. I took a close look at the company itself, side effects, and more. What you see here is a culmination of my experience and my findings.

Some of you may find what I have to say a bit shocking.

1. What Is It: A Closer Look at High T

High T is a testosterone booster that claims to be able to boost hormone levels naturally, without actually dosing you with the hormone. It’s designed to help deal with the decrease in testosterone that comes with age. The supplement is supposed to increase libido and sex drive, make it easier to build muscle faster, increase strength, and improve endurance.

2. History of the Brand: How Did High T Start?

KingFisher Media, LLC makes High T. This is just one product in a full line of natural supplements. The company has been in business since 2010. You can find their products in GNC, Vitamin World, Rite Aid, Walgreens, and online at Amazon.com, and Drugstore.com.

One of their key ingredients is a patented blend known as Testofen. Gencor Nutrients, Inc., based out of Anaheim, CA,  makes that ingredient. That company was founded in 2001 and supplies a variety of ingredients to supplement manufacturers and customers globally.

Bodybuilders often use testosterone boosters to build muscle faster.

3. Types of products

The entire High T product line is dedicated to boosting testosterone. At this time, there are only capsules.

4. High T Ingredients

Fenugreek seeds are a common ingredient in many testosterone boosting supplements.

• Testofen – a patented form of Fenugreek, which is one of the most popular testosterone boosting ingredients. Studies show it was able to significantly increase muscle strength.
• Fenugreek – a natural plant that is sometimes found in food used as a flavoring agent. 
• Eurycoma Longfolia Extract – Another herbal ingredient that is thought to help boost muscle strength. This particular ingredient is generally geared toward athletic improvement.
• Rhodiola Rosea Extract – This herbal ingredient is considered an adaptogen, which means it helps the body adapt to various changes. There isn’t enough clinical evidence to support it as an effective treatment for any condition, but it is often used to help boost muscle, reduce recovery time after workouts, and boost sexual performance.
• Arginine-Alphaketoglurate (A-AKG) – This is a nitric oxide booster. It’s not going to improve testosterone levels in the body but could help you build muscle and possibly improve your ability to absorb more of the other ingredients in the formula.

5. Where is it manufactured?

Though we can’t find this information for sure, we have reason to believe the supplements are manufactured in Utah, where KingFisher Media is based.

6. Who’s High T For?

High T is for men who want to increase free testosterone levels naturally. It is not for women. However, there is a High T women’s formula available.

7. How Does High T Work?

High T and other supplements like it use herbal ingredients to increase testosterone levels. Many of these herbal ingredients have been studied and shown positive results as far as increasing free testosterone levels goes. But, it’s not the ingredients so much as the overall formula that makes a difference. 

8. Does High T Work?

Even though there is an impressive ingredient list, the fact that they are included in a proprietary blend keeps us from being able to see how much of each ingredient is in the formula. That means we can’t tell you if there’s a clinically proven effective amount of any of the ingredients present. Just because an ingredient is there, doesn’t mean there’s enough of it to produce results. Because the blend itself is a total of 900 MG per serving, we’re willing to bet that means there’s not enough of any given ingredient to make it effective.

9. High T Benefits and Results

High T ingredients claim to offer a lot of benefits, such as increase sex drive and libido, increased strength and endurance, a natural increase in energy levels, and possibly being able to build muscle faster. 

Some people reviewing the product claimed they experienced many of these benefits. However, there is an overwhelming number of people who not only reported side effects but no real results. I myself couldn’t feel a difference when using High T.

10. As far as taste goes…

Because this is a capsule, there is no need to worry about taste.

11. High T Side Effects

Fenugreek, an ingredient in High T, may lower blood sugar. Diabetics should approach this supplement with caution.

Fenugreek may cause diarrhea, bloating, and other gastrointestinal issues. Other side effects include nasal congestion, coughing, wheezing, facial swelling, and allergic reaction. Fenugreek may possibly lower blood sugar levels, which means diabetics need to closely monitor their blood sugar levels. It’s possible it could interact with prescription medications and cause the blood sugar to drop too low.

Since the ingredients in High T will increase overall testosterone production, it can cause male pattern baldness to worsen. It may also decrease sperm production.

Increasing testosterone beyond the normal range can create hormonal imbalances, increasing the potential for issues related to that. This means you could see an enlargement of the breast tissue – a condition known as gynecomastia. It should disappear on its own when the testosterone booster is no longer used but may require surgical intervention to repair. 

Increased testosterone may increase body and facial hair, and cause the voice to become deeper. It may also cause changes in mood and behavior, such as increased aggression and irritability.

12. High T Product Warnings

This product is not safe for women or children. Men who have normal levels of testosterone risk experiencing greater side effects. Do not use if you are taking any kind of prescription medication to treat any medical condition without first consulting a doctor.

13. Any High T Lawsuits?

Though there isn’t any information about lawsuits, it is worth mentioning this business is not BBB accredited. Their profile has a D- rating, for failing to respond to five complaints filed against the business.

16. Would High T Work with Your Diet?

High T should work with any dietary approach you decide to take, except for vegetarian or vegan due to gelatin in the capsules.

17. Verdict: Would I Recommend High T?

While I do like the fact that High T is easy to find and does contain some clinically proven ingredients, I can’t recommend this one. There are too many customer complaints about how the formula doesn’t work, and too many issues with side effects for me to give this one my blessing.
